This ritual invites you to slow down, let go of what is no longer needed, and return to a state of presence and inner stability.

USE:

To fully enjoy the benefits of the Colo de Gaia bath, begin by taking a moment to pause and set your intention, allowing this ritual to work deeply on your body and energy.

• In a container, such as a jug or similar, add 1 litre of hot water (at a comfortable temperature). Add one tablespoon of the Colo de Gaia mixture and wait for approximately 10 minutes, allowing the natural properties to dissolve and fully integrate into the water.

Before use, take a moment to set an intention; this could be to clear accumulated energies, strengthen your protection, or simply find a state of calm and balance.

• Next, slowly pour the mixture from your neck downwards, allowing the water to flow over your body and work gently and continuously. As you do this, breathe deeply and visualise the release of all heavy energies, as they are transformed and carried away.
  Remain present in this moment, feeling your body relax and your energy field being cleansed and strengthened. If you wish, you can imagine a deep connection to the earth, bringing stability and security.
• At the end, let your body dry naturally or gently pat it dry with a towel. Whenever possible, avoid rinsing off immediately, allowing the effects of the ritual to remain with you for longer.
  Dispose of any residue with intention, visualising that all the released energies have been transformed.
